Today is DH's birthday and he got to pick what we had for lunch.

Miles:  May go for a walk this afternoon - not sure - might just take a nap!!

Had an ok day.  Mornings are my best time and as the day winds down, so do I.  Meals today, as will be for the next week or so I imagine will be up to DH and the things I have in the freezer.

egg, sausage
chicken chili
lemon tea
chicken
protein shake

Not spending the time logging on the tracker but should be about 160 protein and 1100 calories.
