OT: I want to whine please
I'm allergic to psuedophedrine so 99% of cold medicines are out of the question.

I can take anything that does not have psuedophedrine which is a VERY short list. I tend to take Airborne or did pre-op...right now, I'm just drinking a warm liquid.

Try some Simply Saline after your shower each morning. I've done it since a week or two before surgery and I have had good luck with sinus issues.

As for me, I feel better this morning. I went to bed running a fever and had to sleep propped up to breathe...at some point during the night, the fever broke. I was nausous during the night but never actually threw up, just felt like I was gonna. For sleevers, it's known as the foamies...I know how y'all feel!
What I was taking was Theraflu Severe Cold and Cough...it doesn't have pseudophedrine in it and has the advantage of being a nice warm drink. Had it not been so bad yesterday, I would have just used the Airborne I have on hand.
I know that I'll have it for several more days but hopefully the worst is behind me.
