For Christmas, one of my coworkers got me a cookbook for people that have had weight loss surgery. He said he wanted to make sure that I could still enjoy food even though in smaller portions! Isn't that a sweet and supportive gift? I work with such awesome people.

What a thoughtful gift!! I love cookbooks and recipes. I have tried food I never thought I would try and actually enjoy most of them now.
