hope DD is home, feeling better.

Went to the gym / pool for the first time today.  Walked 15 min in the pool, 15 min around the gym, did my stretches in the hot tub and on the bike.  Came home and iced my knee.  I meet with the personal trainer Thursday morning.

DD is resting.  She never misses work but had to this evening.

It sounds like you accomplished a lot today at the gym!!  It looks like your menu is getting back to low carb too!!

Im new here but i love the accountability!
