Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

Last day of work for me this week.  Since I only worked 2 this week time has flown by.  DD is still sick and DH has the flu again.  I'm hoping all of my supplements are keeping me healthy.

Scale was holding steady at 118 so I still have 2 to go.  Pouch has felt really tight the last couple of days.

Hi Roz - sorry to hear DH is sick again.  Tom's sick too and I DON'T want to catch it and am hoping my vit D is keeping me healthy this year!  I have an endoscopy tomorrow and DON'T want to have to cancel...

Day 3 of 5DPT - no protein drinks on the menu, which I find weird...

B - regular coffee w/creamer
L - 1 cup of cottage cheese with 1 hard boiled egg mixed in.
S - I caved and had a protein drink - guess it could have been worse!
D - chicken patty (like a tuna patty, canned chicken) with parmasean cheese, 1 tblspn of mayo, egg and flaxmeal - see how that tastes.  If I like it, it may become a regular.  It was very good.  But, didn't quite do the trick to make me full...

Vits:  yes
Water:  not as good as yesterday, but caught up some


HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Sorry that Tom's sick too and hopefully you don't get it. I thought maybe I was getting in the night before last but I was probably just tired from taking care of everyone.

It looks like you are doing good on the 5DPT.  I just can't bring myself to do it.  I can't imagine not being able to drink my Protein Drinks.  I always feel like I'm having a heat flash when I've went awhile without having one.   At least you are allowed your coffee.

I had trouble with the flax seed when I made the muffins burning my mouth and yesterday I bought some wraps with flax in it and the same thing happened.

Hope DH and DD both feel better soon and that you don't get it too!!

L:  1/2 order of Wendy's Grilled Chicken Pecan Apple Salad
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Chili
S:  Peppermint Mocha Protein Decaf Drink

Vitamins:  Morning & Afternoon done
Water/Fluids:  80 ozs so far
Miles:  None today

We have a board meeting this afternoon and then play practice tonight so I have no idea when I will get off.  I might take off early tomorrow though....

I wish I could eat salads....they always sound so good!   I'm terrified of salad dressing...even the Wendy's fat free.

 I'm having a lovely ice cold bottle of a wonderful beverage called magnesium citrate!  Lucky me.  I know you are jealous.  Ha-ha!  Could be worse-it could be Golightly.  That stuff is vicious!

My DH is sick too. I guess it is a guy thing.

I went to the gym and met with the personal trainer, did a upper body workout then went to the theropy pool for a 1/2 hr of walking and petaling, then to the hot tub for streching. Woo hoo, what a workout.

Then got my hair cut, and I mean really cut. I'll try to post pics tonight. I figured if I was going to be in the water daily, I had to get it short.

Every time someone says they are sick my DH gets sick!  Last week he really was sick but I'm not sure about this time.

I love short hair!!! 

Protein total is out the roof today....Love it!
