L:  1/2 High fiber low carb tortilla wrap, cubed ham, 1 wedge lite laughing cow cheese, lite mayo & mustard

Vitamins:  Morning & afternoon done
Water/Fluids:  80 ozs so far
Miles:  If it warms up I'm going to walk when I get off this afternoon - hopefully!!

Chrio and dentist today. Exercises done at home. Went to the gym/pool right as they were closing. I forgot they close at 4 on Friday. So I am bouncing on the ball while on the computer.

I need a bigger ball so I can sit at the desk too. The one I have is great for sitting on and painting or cleaning the  baseboard.

 Good evening!

Here's my menu for today...I'm watching a 3 month old and a 2 year old this weekend for some friends to get away to FL for the weekend  They are both super awesome kids!

B- 1 protein hot chocolate mixed with decaf hazelnut coffee
S-2 cheese sticks
S-1 grande decaf skinny caramel macchiato
L-turkey & cheese sandwich and a couple hard pretzels
S-some cheese cubes
D-chicken casserole
S-probably another protein hot chocolate to make sure I got all my protein in

I'm doing MUCH better on drinking my water this year got myself a 24oz tervis tumbler that i'm constantly drinking water out of...Usually about 3-4 fills a day YAY me!
