Not too upset about it.  I lost 4lbs last week and I worked out so hard on Thursday I really did a number on my body especially me legs.  I read somewhere you retain some water to repair the muscle.  It's so bad I could hardly get out the chair or climb the stairs.  This is what happens when you start out with a personal trainer!  It's only just starting to east off now!

I've also dug out my journal again and started marking everything religously so small bad habits that were creeping in have stopped in the last couple of days and I feel good about it.

Last week: 107.4 lbs

Today: 109.3 lbs

Up 1.9 lbs

Back to exercising more and eliminating some things.

Still within my range: 108-110 lbs, but I do need to go back to my exercise routine. My shoulder is slowly improving. I can still walk, so I need to do that.

basically maintaining when I need to be losing. gonna have to lower the cals and up the exercise.

Doing really well staying away from carbs,thank goodness. Gets easier every day and I don't think about them as much...
