Good day so far. I think I did really good at Dennys for lunch.
P: Protein Coffee
B: Flax Muffin
L: Turkey, Bacon, Tomato and Swiss (ordered a sandwich without bread)
S: ? Going to a get together, its at another WLSers house, so hopefully she has something good to snack on (I know she doesnt follow the rules much)
D: Sliced round steak sliced cooked with green bell peppers and onions

I didn't throw up at all today !!! Yesturday was another story though. I can't wait to get my stoma diated enough !

My day wasn't as successful as yesterday. I had duck and it was too greasy. I knew it tended to be that way but I thought if I put it on a rack to drain it as it cooked it would be fine. Next time I'll just buy the breast on it's own as it tends to be nicer that way.
I also tried a new protein shake which wasn't so great. I couldn't find the one I was after so I thought this one from GNC would be ok. It's got 8g of carbs in it and it is very sweet. Plus it doesn't blend as easy so maybe I'll just mix it in with one I like to use it up.
I had an egg for breakfast, 1 oz cheese for a snack and some pickled herring for another snack.
Not my best day but tomorrow is another day....
No excercise still. My legs are STILL sore although not so bad. Will head to gym tomorrow and try and work off some of the greasy duck.
