WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!
Last day of January and it's going to be 59 here today. I hope this doesn't mean we will still be getting snow in April.
Tomorrow is a new month and we are a month closer to summer! New Years resolutions have probably been successful or have failed. I never walked a single day as planned so I guess I'm in the failure category. How about you???

This the first year since surgery that I even considered making one and since I didn't even do it one day I guess it will be the last. I'm very happy with my success so I might as well stick with what is working.

I can never edit the titles of a post either.
For the New Year, I didn't really make any resolutions. I did want to get back into walking/jogging, but have not done that yet. My main goal is to stay where I am weight wise. I need to get back to Zumba on a regular basis, but January is so busy at work everything else kind of doesn't get done!!

Our little ones keep me so busy that when I get some free time walking is the last thing on my mind. A good book maybe but not walking. The new little one is coming on 2/17. I can't wait! I think his name is going to be Phoenix. I know it's different but I'm finally getting used to it.
You have probably been to busy to go to the grocery store.
You are getting your Protein in and that's the main thing!

I did not get all my protein in Saturday and I felt really bad Sunday and was dragging all day long. I can tell a big difference when I don't get my drinks in!!
We are thinking Sept. or Oct. Just into time to get ready for Christmas.

Hi Roz! Got your message you want totals... probably not going to happen. I don't track my food anymore - found it very hard to do when we "throw" stuff together into a pan, although its good for us, typically its not cut and dried.
B - 1 protein coffee, regular coffee
L - 1.7oz of pork chop (yep, I weighed it!) I cut off a portion, nuked it, weighed it and put the rest back. Was enough! Also 5 cheese cubes
D - went out and I had part of a taco salad, no shell
Vits: yes
Water: low... gotta get working on it this afternoon
HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"
Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?
