I think I would rather be with you fighting the army today, gina.  I have a PT appt early then a Dr appt in Asheville.  We will just end up shopping, lunch and staying in town between the two.  This is the 3 week appt with the surgeon where he wanted to see progress or talk about putting me back in the hospital to bend my leg.  I have made progress but I don't know if he will think it is enough.  The thought of going back in scares the s#*t out of me.  Not looking forward to all of this at all.  I 'm not happy with where I am in terms of bend but am also really, really not wanting to start over with all the pain and possibility of a broken leg if he bends it too hard.  I'll update after the appt.

Today is an office day at work and I'm struggling to reorganize all the stuff my predecessor did so that's it's workable for me. After work its the grocery store then an appointment to see about getting someone to clean my house. DH has class tonight, so I don't have to cook.

The only things on my list today are lunch with a friend and a walk. I'm still living the lazy life of PS recovery.

I hope you win your battle today.

Nothing on my list!  Finished up the taxes last night....YEAH!  DD is going to have to go to a tax person next year after their house is built.

Work today - it took me all morning to make two deposits from last week since I've put them off so long.  We have to clean up a room this afternoon because someone has it rented tonight and I have to cut payroll vendor checks this afternoon - sure wish I could go home and rest!!  I did take Friday off(hopefully).

Go Gina Go!

I'll be scouring the internet for a job.  There's not much available in my field and at 61 my previous experience was 18 years ago.  I still haven't seen an unemployment check and will be happy when they start showing up since I've been out of work since 12/31/2011.

Other than that, I'm spending my time caring for my yards of plastic surgery incisions.

I need to figure out how to have a social life M-F which is something I've never had!!  Yesterday a girlfriend came over to watch a movie in the afternoon.  Many of my friends still work and can't play.  I wish I had the money to go off traveling since I'm not working!
