Miles: Oh my God! must have burned off a lot today.
one HARD hour with a personal trainer. I am so going to hurt tomorrow. I predic****er retension same as last week. (When my muscles finally stopped hurting my weight dropped like 2.5 lbs)
Mostly resistance and weights with trainer.
30 mins on an octane bike and 10 mins on a regular stationary bike.

busy day and I forgot to post this morning
early morning: 2 coffee's with fat free creamer
Breakfast: Irish oatmeal with hood milk and a little honey
snack: bubble tea it was yummy
Lunch: split pea soup
Dinner: 2 sugar free fudge bars.
it was a very long day and we didn't get home until late. I am sick of soup so sugar free fudge bars and PMS went well together.
