Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

Happy Tuesday! Everyone should be back on schedule after celebrating over the weekend. I know I have to watch my carbs for a couple of days because I feel a little bloaty.

I've been on Maintenance 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

Working from home today and waiting on Sears to deliver a new fridge for the basement. Going out with the MADS this evening, even though we won't have support group until next month with the new NUT.

Have you met the new NUT?   I love my new fridge!  What kind did you get?  Do you have a finished basement with a kitchen?  DD wants a fridge, sink, and bar table in her new house.  My niece has a full kitchen but I don't think that's necessary.

Haven't met the new NUT yet. I'm hoping she's going to be ok. The old NUT promised she would set her straight about us know-it-all DSrs. lol 

The fridge is a spare to handle overflow from upstairs...nothing special.

When I bought my new one I let them take the old one which was stupid! DH and I were regretting it a couple of weeks later.  When DD and family move out our fridge will seem huge but now it's really crowded.

It took me forever to finish the last book I was reading.  I go through reading spurts.

My tummy gets so gasey when I eat protein bars.  I have to limit myself to a bite or two at a time.  I avoid bars that don't have a lot of protein to make up for the fiber.

Good Protein total!

PT this morning then DH and I went to the gym/pool.  Did my upper body stuff at the gym then got in the therapy pool for my knee exercises.  The knee is finally back to where it was before my trip, swelling is down and movement is up a little.
