Menus and Miles Tues. Feb. 7th
When I joined the gym/pool, I did a ffamily membership so he can go too. I have to kind of force the issue but he is going and walking on the treadmill. Anything is better than sitting.

L - Eggface Italian Bean salad & 2 deviled egg halves

Ok, this is kind of what bums me out sometimes. My daily intake looks like a huge pig compared to what you all are eating. Maybe that is why I never reached my goal. When I eat much less than this I am hungry. My NUT claims I should be eating about 1400 calories per day made up of 100GM carbs, 110 Gms protein and about 40 GMs Fat. So here goes:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt, high fiber Os and a hard boiled egg
AM Snack: Protein drink 22 Gms
Lunch: 2 slices thin bread (45 cal) each and 4 oz turkey, raw carrots
PM Snack: Protein drink 15 Gm and small orange
Dinner: 4 oz chicken, 1 small tortilla, onion and salsa
bedtime snack: Hot chocolate protein drink 15 GM

Nice to see you Cheryl! I eat somewhere around 1300 calories on most days. I aim for 50% Protein, 25% Carbs, and 25% Fat.

Feeling better today,still more tired than usual and still have sore throat in the am,little coughing,think I am working up to a sinus infection. Good thing I see the PCP next week,should be ready for ABX by then,lol.
