I got admitted yesterday. They are getting ready to hang the 6th liter of fluid. Obviously, I was very dehydrated. I ate some Refried beans for lunch. First solid food in 11 days. I'm working on a glass of water. I had a CT this morning so I'm waiting for results of that. The doctor admits he is stumped. Some thoughts are severe dehydration , the depression meds I am on and maybe just a virus. But, I think I am on the mend. Thanks for all the support!

I was just wondering about you this morning. I'm glad they got you in the hospital and are really trying to figure this out. I have heard that dehydration can make you extremely nauseous.

I have been wondering how you have been!

So sorry you are in the hospital but glad you are feeling better.

Are they SURE you don't have a stricture? I am praying just a virus and that you can keep stuff down and drink H20 again soon!

I am so glad you are getting help. It would be such a concern to be going through all you have been going through.

Keep us updated! When my DD had the virus that is going around our town she got extremely dehydrated and that caused her to be nauseous. Once the gave her some IV's she bounced back right away.
