Today is DH's 60th Birthday. I made him a chocolate cake last night using his families recipe. It brought back some memories of his birthday when I lost 75 pounds on WW and put mask on my face to keep from taking licks off of the spoon. Last night I did take 2 taste tests (it has to be perfect...LOL) but without guilt. I've feel like I've come a long way.
I've been on Maintenance 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

You have come a long way!! I think we have to find our way to moderation - and to me that is a hard thing to do sometimes. Some foods I may never be able to handle in moderation especially if they are in my house.
Tell DH Happy Birthday. DGD#1's party is today so we are off to Chuck E Cheese in a few minutes. When does DD & the baby get to come home?

They get to come home tomorrow. We have Houston and Raegan today so we stopped at the hospital right after church so they could play this afternoon at home. Jen was having a melt down so we didn't stay long. I think it's a combination of exhaustion and a reaction to all of the pain medications she has been taking.
DH is not happy about being 60. I can't say much to him since I'm just a year behind him and I'm not sure how I'm going to react.
Have fun at the party!! My DH thinks Chuckie Cheese has the worst pizza on earth...LOL There sandwiches aren't bad though.
Good Menu!

I didn't eat anything from Chuck E Cheese. I did have a very small piece of birthday cake. I took my Lemon Tea Protein Drink and had it instead. We actually ate lunch before we went. It was a lot of fun. Both DGD's were afraid of Chuck E Cheese when he came out - neither would get anywhere near him. DGD#2 said to tell that rat to go away- I think her daddy told her that!!
Hope your DD feels better before she gets out of the hospital.
