How old is your little one now?  I bet you DD loves having you there.

I wasn't sure if Houston knew my name until we watched him last week while my DD was in the hospital but he totally wore it out....LOL.  But along with "Grandma" came lots of sweet kisses and hugs!

Protein looks pretty low.

It's all gone pear-shaped today!

Miles 30 mins of zumba

menu:  lost the plot here.  STarted off fine with breakfast of egg white and some lean ham.  Went to an italian for lunch with friend so thought I'd be "smart" and get mussels with a side of roasted vegetables. No pasta, pizza or sandwiches.

But later I went online to check and it says the mussels (appetizer) was ....550 calories and the veg was something like 300.  I shared the veg, as it was doused in olive oil,  but I don't understand the mussels.  How can it have 22 g of fat and 500+ calories???  They were in their shell with a wine sauce that was light and didn't taste greasy. The sauce was as thin as water so I couldn't really eat much of it.

I am hoping they ladled butter into the sauce itself and are counting it in their nutrition counts.  I didn't eat the sauce other than what was on the mussels.  I just pulled the mussels out the shells.

I'm not sure what to  make of it or how to count it at all.  My weight loss is like a trickle at the best of times, so god knows what this will do to it this week.

Dinner   will be bison meat which is supposed to be lean.  Not sure what I'm going to do with it  though. - Might as well batter it and deep fry it with all the damage that was done at lunch...just kidding, but those mussels shocked the hell out of me.
