Menus and Miles Friday Feb. 24th
You may be surprised. I've had times when I ate things that were higher in calories then I thought and wound up losing more weight. I always thought that being on a calorie restricted diet, that by getting extra the body was shocked into losing somehow. At least that's what I told myself. I didn't do it too often but whenever I did I saw a loss.

Well, I don't even know what mussels are...LOL I never buy anything with sauce on it when we are out becuse I'm scared I'll dump on fat and sugar. It was probably a better choice that carbs or fried though.
Next time ask for a Calorie chart. I think all restaurants have them now. Lots of times I look on-line ahead of time if I know where I'm going to eat.

DGS loved the Samoas. He looked really cautious taking the first bite but he came back for a second one. His Mom really didn't think he would like them. I didn't even offer him one of the oatmeal/PB because I didn't want them opened.
