Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

My last day of work this week and I have Monday off too.  DD#1 and #3 are taking 9 squads to a competition in Disney this weekend and since the baby is so young I volunteered to stay home and take care of the little ones.  They are going to be way to busy tending to all of those girls to deal with two 4 yr. olds and a baby.

I'm glad I have been decarbing because I'm sure I'd be craving them for comfort sometime during the next 4 days....LOL.  Lord Give Me Strength and Patience!!!!!!

I so wish I had another wedding to plan...that was so much fun!!

What are cheddar cheese curds?

Keep Trying the Protein drinks.  Do you use a shaker cup with a lid?  Sometimes it's the smell that turns your stomach before you even taste the protein.

This is my first wedding and I am enjoying it immensely.  DH gave up on the budget!  LOL.

Oh Yes to the shaker lid.  I definitely use one of those.  Cheddar Cheese curds are the leftovers or something when they make cheese.  They squeak on your teeth when you eat them.  Fun food-high in protein!

Hi Roz,
I'll say a little prayer for you this weekend-haha!!  DD's friends mother passed away this morning, so I know DGD#2 will be coming to stay with us for the visitation and funeral.  I have not seen DGD#1 in a couple of weeks and had planned to go to her house Friday or Saturday, now I'll have to wait and see.  We will be gone next weekend to Virginia to visit with my BIL & his family - hoping to see Gina & Jody!!
Here's the plan for today:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  2 Pizza Chips, Pizza Sauce
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  CarbQuick Cinnamon Roll
D:  2 Pizza Chips, Pizza Sauce
S:  ?? Late Night - might not have a snack

Vitamins:  Morning Done
Water/Fluids:  60 ozs so far
Miles:  None today

I love the Pizza Chips and think I could eat them every meal.

If I didn't take my oldest GD's to the bus every morning I wouldn't see them very often. DD#2 doesn't do much with the rest of us because she isn't into talking about cheerleading.

Good menu!

I'm a little jealous of you meeting Gina and Jody!

I think I have everything now that I need for the pizza chips, except maybe the sauce but I have spagitti sauce.  Now to find the time to get them done. I can't wait.  Then I have to figure out where to hide them so they don't all get eaten by the guys.

Price,
I only cooked this latest batch for 10 minutes and they were so much better - not nearly as dry.

I hope you like them as much as I do.
