 I'm not anywhere near goal weight but I am living life to the fullest these days.  I actually went Rock Climbing on board the cruise I took this weekend.  Rock Climbing!!!!  Woo-hoo to me!

Hey - where are the pictures??  That's something I never would have attempted, even at my lowest weight.  Me and rocks just don't get along!!  Yes, even fake ones!

I soo agree.  I thought there would be ziplining on this ship but that is the next class up of ships (as Steve Martin used to say on Saturday Night LIve "well, excuuuuuuse me".

It is definitely on my list of things to do at least once in my life!  Hope you get to go soon.

 NSV stands for non-scale victory. It's our way of recognizing all the amazing things that happen afterWLS that have nothing to do with the scale.  Things like being able to cross our legs, walk without becoming winded, etc
