Six month Labs are back
Got most of my labs back and all is well! I have low iron but that is due to lady parts issues. I'm in the process of getting that fixed by ob/gyn.
My b12 has gone from 448 to 660. My a1c is a 5.0 which is even better than it was at the 3 month mark. Cholesterol and triglycerides have also gotten even better. Most likely due to my excercising. Protein is good. I do have to wait to find out about vitamin d because it hadn't come back yet but I'd upped my dose so I expect that to be better too.

Very good but I think you might want to increase your B12. We usually aim for over 1000. Looks like it will come up with whatever you're doing but if you want it higher faster, you might want to increase the dose per day.
Any other numbers to share? Did you get your own copy so you can track them for yourself and watch for trends?
