What motivates me?

The scale really motivates me.  I weigh every day just to stay in my range.  I can't let it get back out of hand.

Playing with my DGD's motivates me.  I really want to be around and watch them grow into beautiful young ladies!!

No more CPAP - although DH says I have been snoring again since I've been walking/jogging more.

Looking good in clothes motivates me.

As you can see I have a lot of motivation, I could go on and on.
