Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!
 

Happy Good Friday!!!   I decided to take the day off of work.  DH and DD's have off and we are going to a huge Easter Egg Hunt and DD#2's church.  I got up early and got our eggs filled for our family egg hunt on Sunday.  I always worry that I'm not going to have enough but of course I over did it again. 

I've been on Maintenance for 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

Hi Roz,
Enjoy your day off.  I had to work today, but it is a short day.  We get off at 4 on Friday's.

DD is taking DGD#2 to a hunt this afternoon, but I told her I was going to pass.  It has been a very busy week and I just want to rest!!  Need to walk/jog this afternoon since I missed yesterday.  Hope it doesn't start raining again.

The rain stopped here and it is beautiful, but cool. I went to the gyp/pool this morning and did my weights, bike and the killer eliptical (only 6 min of that). Finally got my old trailer sold and gone, hurray, so it's been a good day.

I bought Easter basket stuff today and got me some organic dark chocolate...low in carbs and just an awesome tasting chocolate. :)
