Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Cold and spitting snow here.  What happen to our 80's???  I had to dig out winter clothes again.

I've been on Maintenance for 2 1/2 years and doing great!!!

Protein:  Matrix (Syntrax) Chocolate Mint 35g
Snack:   1/2 a graham cracker
Lunch:   Small Wendy's Chili and 1 cheese stick
Protien:  Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack:   pistachios
Protein:  Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Dinner:   DH is having Potato Soup and I'm not sure what I'm having
Protein:  Syntrax Lemon Tea Protein 23g
Snack:   100 Calorie Popcorn  (Always list this but don't always have)

I looked at my winter coat and thought...I think I've only worn it 2 or 3 times this whole winter. I hate wearing coats so I'm sure no matter how cold it gets I might as well put it away.

We love rotisserie chicken that you get at the grocery store already prepared. Just a healthy fast food.

After having an exhaustion melt down last week, found I needed to add a few more carbs during the day if running after work.  It's really been a struggle to find out how I need to eat when exercising like this--get in all my protein,  add a few carbs and keep my calories down. 

S: 1 protein coffee
B: 1 slice double fibre whole wheat toast with 1 Tbsp peanut butter
L: 1 slice double fibre whole wheat bread + boarshead turkey breast  + 1 oz cheese
S: apple

900 calories

RUN 3.5 - 4 miles -- should burn around 300-400 calories

D: ?? steak or just a protein coffee depending on how I feel
S: SF popsicle

I think almost everyone increases their calories when they run or exercise hard.  Your calories are still pretty low for being at goal.  I don't think it would hurt you to add in some good calories.

Wish I could eat like you!  Seems I eat so "normal" now and one meal is 600 calories.  I miss the restriction.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

I've missed you!  I still have a lot of restriction. I even still get the hiccups.  I've always eat small meals.   It was the added cookies, cake, candy, etc. that I ate between meals.  Oh...I forgot about all of the french fries and fried potatoes that I finished off that the family didn't eat.

I wi**** was a little cooler here in FL :(  90 today and still smokey...
B-protein shake
S-cheese stick
L-taco bell bean burrito minus tortilla with added cheese and plain greek yogurt
S-caramel whole grain rice cakes
D-whatever the church is serving
S-pistachios or another protein shake, not sure yet
