Don't stop losing to soon! Increasing your calories and then bounce back could put you in bigger sizes. Are you at the bottom of your Normal BMI?
We go to Indianapolis for a Cheer Competition every year. We never really get time to leave the convention center but it seems like a nice city.
Processed carbs are the worst! I have to keep good snacks in my desk drawer or I'd keep straying to the office kitchen.

My BMI is about 23.5 at 135, I will think about maybe going under that, but to get to 18.5 BMI I would need to lose about 30#, not sure I want to get that low. But I know I don't want to gain any back either.
I really like Indy - nice city. Had great time downtown for Super Bowl this past winter too.
I usually have snacks, but didn't have anything "easy" packed. Usually I have a protein bar, or something.

This was day two of my meeting. Yesterday was so busy, I didn't even get on line. Atleast the training has been great and I've got to meet new people and hang out with some I only see once a year. Home tomorrow afternoon.

Water/Fluids: 105 ozs.
Miles: None - Sitting all day!!
