WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Yesterday went well while we were out of town most of the day.

I don't think the rain is going to hit us until this evening. Dodged that bullet. Been reading all day and just now getting ready to take this second to the last Six Sigma test.

So happy you are getting close to being done!!  

I looked a mess today running from store to store in the rain.  My DG kept complaining he was freezing but I thought it felt refreshing.

I quit buying pistachios too.   They just went down to easy and they weren't filling me up.

Just got home from the Steeplechase where the Carriage club does a carriage parade. chili did great. I'll post pix if anyone sends me some. It was sunny there and overcast here, raining inbetween. I think we are suppose to get it tonight.

I hope someone sends you pictures because I would love to see them!!  My DD signed my DGD up for riding lessons. She is 7 and all she talks about is horses and owning a ranch someday. 

I'm sure you made good choices at the tailgait.

We missed the rain so far.  We are suppose to have thunderstorms afterwhile.

I just made the Mug Cheesecake and I can't wait to try it in the morning!  I also bought all of the stuff to make the pizza chips. My SIL loves pizza so I told him I'd make those tomorrow and he can try them.
