We had roast yesterday and it was soooooo good!  You just made me hungry for carrots.  I think I have some mini ones in the fridge.

lunch:  Chicken vegetable tortilla soup
Snack:  fage yogurt
Dinner:  shrimp ****tail and salad
Snack: ??

I walked 2.5 miles this morning and plan on walking on my treadmill this evening.

Are you packed for your trip??

Crazy day today.  Work has been wild, all kinds of things going on.  I went to see my Hospice people at the nursing home today and almost everyone of them was worse than last week.  It was a very sad visiting day today.  I might try to go back again later this week since none were feeling good today.
