You are not that at all - not at all.

As of one minute ago, it is down $5.14.  It is on my watch list and will present a buying opportunity.

I guess I shouldn't want that to happen since my son works for them.... although their business has picked up a lot in the last year.

I forgot...but CAT will be fine...they are a world leader.  Your son works for a good company.  Analysts were saying don't sell CAT if you're holding it.  I am looking forward to buying it again.

Mari, I hope I can remember everything in them.  The recipe is at home.  I got it off the RNY board. Someone posted it a couple of months ago.
17 Turkey Pepperoni pieces (chopped up) or 1 serving
1 bag Beef Crumbles - I think it is Tyson brand
1 bag Italian Sausage Crumbles - I think it is Tyson brand
1 bag shredded lowfat Mozerella Cheese
around 1 cup of Shredded Mixed Italian Cheeses(or whatever I have in the refrigerator)
1/2 cup of parmasean cheese shredded
1 tsp each - oregano, italian seasoning, garlic powder

I cut the crumbles into smaller pieces, mix everything together.  Put in piles on parchment lined baking sheet.  I have to use 2 baking sheets.  I use around 1/4 cup for each pile.
I think it is 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.  You want them to melt but not burn.
I like to dip mine in Pizza Sauce.  I have not calculated the stats on these.  I can eat 2-3 at a meal and I don't think they could be that bad.  DH will eat them all if I don't put me some up.  He loves them.  It is just like pizza w/o the crust.
I get the crumbles at Walmart where the pepperoni and sandwich meats are.
Linda
Edited to add the Turkey Pepperoni & brands of the crumbles.

I think it is either 6 or 8 ounces.  It is not very much.  I think it is the Tyson brand.
I will have to look next time I go to Walmart - I used mine Sunday!!

Thanks Linda,

Crumbles? I've seen the soy meat crumbles but not familiar with the product you are referring to. Guess I can just go hunt at Walmart. It's real meat, not soy?

I think it is the Tyson brand, they are in the section with sandwich meat and pepperoni.

Oh, I left the Turkey Pepperoni out of the recipe - I chop 17 of the turkey pepperoni up into small pieces and put it in there also.  - Sorry my memory is not as good as it used to be!!
