Hello, I am here. I am getting so scared of having to maintain my weight , I'm almost convinced of backing out of surgery!. I can't control it now, how will I then? I don't want to fail and waste money. I'm not telling anyone I'm having the VSG, because I'm scared of failing maintenance. Anyway I plan on posting my meals everyday as a tool to help hold me accountable. I hope that will help me in maintenance ....if I get there

It was really easy for me durng the losing stage and that's when you have to get into a routine and stick to it. If you don't follow the rules during the honeymoon period and still lose you will get a false hope of "I can eat anything" that will carry into maintenace.
