I didn't realize how much I ate today until I wrote it all down in one place:
Breakfast: 1 cup Lactaid Skim Milk, 1 scoop Isopure. - 33 Protein, 195 caories
AM Snack: French Toast with DH. - 10 Protein, 280 calories
Lunch: Italian Sausage, Swiss Chard and Onion Skillet - 9 Protein, 326 calories
Afternoon Snack: 2 oz Oscar Meyer Rotisseri chicken, 2 slices reduced fat cheese - 25 Protein, 200 cal
Dinner: Pasta Salad with Artificial Crabmeat, Provolone & Olive Oil Dressing - 20 Protein, 382 Calories
PM Snack: Kozy Shack Sugar Free Tapioca with 1/4 cup All Bran cereal: 6 Protein, 110 calories
Total: 103 Protein, 1500 calories
Exercise 52 minutes elliptical (635 cal) and 30 min hard strength training with supersets.
