That's awesome Jody!!!!!   Keep going....I know you can do this!    I hated the lemonade.  I'd probably add some flavoring to it.  Have you tried the NIO bluberry lemonade flavoring...delish!

Good Job!

Ooo - no I haven't!  sounds good.  This lemonade is a Protein2Go packet.  I bought it when Gina and I were at Vitamin Shoppe a few weeks ago.  I've had it here at work...

NIO is just a flavoring that I thought might help out the taste of lemonade.

I'm going to be 59 next week and it has me freaking out.  I told my girls they had their kids way to late because I'm not going to be around (or in my right mind) to enjoy them when they get older.  I see my Mom at 79 who's mind gets more confused every day and I realize how fast the next 20 years to going to go by.

I give you a lot of credit for visiting nursing homes.  It takes a special person to do that.

You aren't eating much today.

My parents are 81 & 82 and my dad just told me while I was visiting that he is feeling his age catching up with him.  He has always been so active.  I could tell when he got down in the floor and back up that he was moving slower.  My mom slowed down a couple of years ago, but is still pretty active.  She is talking about playing tennis again this summer!!

I had my kids in my mid 20's and they did too, so if I see my great grand kids I'll be lucky!!

I don't have many to visit right now - just 3 and unfortunately they don't know I'm there hardly.  One might remember me sometimes.  One is asleep all the time, they family just wants someone to stop in and check on her because they live out of town.  The one I spent the most time with left and went somewhere else.  I was afraid I was not going to enjoy it, but after a couple of months, I really do like to do it.

I don't know what I'm having for supper yet.  I'm not having my afternoon snack since I'm not running today, but I might have another snack tonight - probably 1/2 graham cracker w/ peanut butter.  My protein drinks really fill me up.  Most of the time when I eat junk I'm not really hungry just wanting something to crunch on....
