Help please
so it has now been 7 months since i had my surgey and i am very pleased with the results thus far..but now im at a stall a 3 week stall but its still a stall... i work out 5 x a week and still eat what im suppose to eat i hardly ever go over 3oz of anything..so my question is how do i kick start the weight loss again. advise would be nice...and I know that the last pounds is the hardest to lose but it's a lil frustrating when that scale doesn't move
If you are very close to your goal weight, it might take longer than 3 weeks...my longest stall lasted from Sept 2011 to Feb 2012...I gained and lost the same three lbs during that time. Then I dropped another 5 lbs...
And ONLY weigh once a month or at most, once a week.

Lots of people add a protein drink in at night and can get their stall to break that way. Try to do something different for a few days - either food or exercise.
And the closer you get to goal the slower it is going to be!!
Congratulations on your success so far.

I do the strength training part of my workout 3 times a week for 30 min, and I do "supersets" so it really is intense. The abs of steel underneath all that excess skin that I have is something only a post-bariatric person would understand.
