Hello My WL Friends,
Yesterday, I came home from the hospital...I had some issues with a incisional hernia that needed repair!! I am doing ok. Just feeling a little down and very sore. Dr. had to put in a mesh this time. So Im hoping this is the end of this problem hernia once and for all. DH and my little ones have been very helpful and supportive. Now time to rest and heal...Any thoughts or advice?

So glad it's over and you are home. Rest!
My Mom's hernia kept coming back so they went in and repaired and did a complete tummy tuck too. She hasn't had any problems with hernias since.

I had 2 big hernias repaired when I had my RNY and a little one repaired before my knee. Just take it easy, get your protein and you will be fine soon.
