Try making your own "popsicles" in a small dixie cup. Or make it a slushy. Italian Ice is a good option.
But don't stock up before surgery as who know how your tastes will change. I had and discovered that even the splenda ones which I used a long time didn't sit well at first...but then again, early out I wasn't taking in enough calories to be an issue.
Some people can't even tolerate sugar free after surgery.

I tried the Stevia and did not like it. At some point, I probably need to try it again.
I use Crystal Lite and Walmart has a Great Value brand Blackberry Grape that I love. You could probably mix this up and free it in ice cubes- I've never tried this, but it should work.
Good luck!!
