1/2 Way to the Weekend....yeah! I did super good yesterday with my carbs until I got home from work and someone had bought a box of Vanilla Wafers and they were open sitting on the table....so mad at myself!

I've been wanting pistachios. I finally found some Orville Red. 100 calorie popcorn at the grocers. I guess it is new and improved and that's why they haven't had it on the shelf. I didn't try any last night after I had the cookie incident.

Hi Roz,
I got into a pack of cookies yesterday also. I skipped my protein drink/snack last night because of it and woke up about 2am this morning and my stomach was growling!! I have not felt hunger since my WLS. Not sure if it was from all the cookies(spaced apart of course) or from not eating anything decent after supper.

The Cheesy Garlic Cauliflower Bread was really good. It was not crisp like it probably should be. I guess I should have cooked it a little longer.
