WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Phase!

 I always feel so much better after I get my hair and nails done.  Since DD#3 does my highlights I might not be able to get it done as often as I like after she moves out.

The state has made so many changes that we need to prepare for which is very time consuming, if it weren't for all of our confused Cients and Providers calling and visiting our office it could all be done by now. The hardest part is starting and stopping over and over again.

Hi gang! Found a new Mio type drink enhancer at Target. Market Pantry Energy Liquid Water Enhancer in Cherry Limeade. Fabulous!!! 50 mg caffeine per 1/2 tsp is a serving. Made w sucralose. I'm not a coffee drinker so a little caff does me good in the morning. tastes just like a Sonic but no fizz.

 I hadn't used the MIO for awhile but tried a new flavor last week a couple days in my Protein drinks. About the third day I thought "why in the world are you so hungry" and then I remembered that's why I quit using the MIO before. I hope you react to your new find differently.

Went to get labs done early. Rode Poppy this morning, been watching Olympics and sewing. Was going to Zumba this evening but remembered I have a meeting. Yuck.
