Good Morning. Staying focused and on target

It really does feel good. It makes you feel like you're more in control somehow. So, yesterday went pretty well in my efforts to decarb. I still graze like a fiend but other than that I did well and the scale was down a bit this morning. I'm back at work today so we'll see how it goes. Wishing all you lightweights success in whatever you're doing this week. Keep up the good work!

The guys are gone this week and I had hoped for lots of time to play with ponies, work on the quilt, clean out some corners, etc. but it looks like I am getting more and more meetings set up.  So today the computer guy is coming to reistall Internet explorer 8 on my computer.  All of a sudden one morning, IE9 was there and it isn't compatable with my billing program.  This is the 2nd time this has happened.  How can they just come and take over your computer with an update you never asked for.  And try to find 8 to reinstall it yourself.  Impossible.  Then tonight I have a carriage club meeting in SC.  Inbetween, I am going to ride Poppy and work.  One of my client had all of her day services cut last week and we have to appeal to get them back.  I hate this new service world. 

I love feeling in control - funny some people say I am a control freak!!  I did much better yesterday than I usually do on Sunday.  I made the Oopsie Coffee Crumb Cake and it was delicious.  I did have another small piece before I went to bed last night-still better than I normally do on Sundays!

Work today - need to continue working on our annual report.  I'm only working about 2 1/2 days this week.  DGD#2 starts gymnastics this afternoon - I'm going to run by and see how she does - should be funny...   Have an eye doctors appointment Wednesday.  Leaving Thursday morning to head to my Mom & Dad's.  Have my 3 year WLS appointment with my surgeon & NUT Thursday afternoon.  My 40th high school class reunion is next weekend.  I've never been to one so I hope we have a good time.  We will come home Sunday.
