Menus nd Miles Sunday August 19th

I feel like I've been gone forever and it has only been a couple of days!! I do alot better when I get on here and keep it updated....
We took DGD#1 to get her pictures taken Friday morning, then when I got ready to go to work my car would not start - had to get a new battery. I was suppose to pick up DGD#2 from her first day of school at 3pm so I just took the day off. Ate something at lunch that made me sick and felt bad the rest of the afternoon.
Saturday morning I picked up DGD#2 and DGD#1 for a spend the night party last night. We went to Sunday school and then everyone came over for lunch and the DD, DS & my birthday cake.
B: Protein Decaf coffee
B: 3/4 of a blue berry muffin - made me really sick - sent the rest home with the kids today
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: Steak & 1/2 baked potato, piece of birthday cake
S: Lemon TEa Protein Drink
D: Salad w/ steak & sausage w/ rasp. vineg dressing
S: Another piece of birthday cake
Vitamins: Done
Water/Fluids: 80 ozs - I'm behind
Miles: None
So you can see I've had a really bad eating day today - need to get back to work and back on track!! I have got to get back to exercise tomorrow also....

I've missed you! Cars not starting can sure mess up your day. Glad you were able to take the day of enjoy your DGD. Did she like the first day of school?

Maybe there was a lot of grease in the muffin.
