Sunday Weigh In
This week 102
Total change -1.6
Not sure what is going on. I decided to make a real effort to gain some weight. I've been eating nuts every day and sugar free candy and ice cream. Jeez, that sounds bad when I write it but I already increased my protein and I've been increasing other things so I decided to add in things I like hoping it would up my weight. I figure as long as I'm not eating sugar or gluten to have pretty much what I want for a while and see if that makes a difference. I guess I'll see what happens next week.

This week: 176
net: -3 lbs
Well, last week I decided I would start trying to double my protein. Thankfully I've been able to do it about 5 of 7 days (always worse on the weekends). This week even with some travel my goal is to do it 7 of 7...the scale likes me better when I'm getting my protein in. I'm excited to hurry and get to the 160's. ; )
