Well I had my one month post op visit on the 6. I've lost 17 pounds , and I think 20 percent of my excess weight. I am able to eat a regular diet , which is good because I already started. I could not do puréed or mushies. Any way he said my 700 calories were not enough that I need to move to Atleast 1000! Scary I'm afraid that will make me fat again. He says my body needs Atleast that to keep burning fat. I moved up to 800 this week and we'll see the results if it's still going down I'll decide then. He says I can eat 6 small meals now and after 6 months I will need to eat 3 meals a day. With a high protien snack only once a day. So is this really good bye to a cookie now and then ,or any other treat? I thought I was to get rid of the " diet" mentality and learn moderation , because depriving causes binging. Just feeling over whelmed and scared about the calorie increase. Any hair Thank God it's Friday! Or thank the critters if god offends you! Ha
Good for you! lol Get to goal first and then have a cookie. :)

Thanks , and yes chips and sweets are triggers. I can not just have one. I learned that the other day when I had one to many sweets. I think I may be cured from moms homemade cookies. Now I have a box of them for Fiancé lunches and I'm not even interested! Hope it lasts ! Now that I did get that sweet out of my system , it's kinda weird now. I don't even want to eat junk, I'm such a meat lover that I'm enjoying my food and not needing or wanting sugar. I'm definetly in the learning curve!
