I used to roll my eyes when people would think their DS was broke...that they would be the one person that the DS just would not do it. But now, I completely understand...I am 6 months out and was thinking that I was done losing. I feel better now=) Just have to keep the DS faith.

Yeap, the DS is very hard to break..
As long as we follow the rules of protein first and limit carbs, we do great.
