I did my happy dance after I stepped on the scales today....
. Finally back to 118! This time I'm not going to fall back into the old trap of being in my comfort zone. It's time to see 115 again! I really think I can do it!!!

Yesterday was so busy, I did not even get a chance to get on and post but I did pretty good. We went to a high school football game last night.
Headed to the fair this morning.
