Did everyone have a "bounce back"?

I just posted about this.  In my opinion...go as low as you can because it makes maintenance much easier.

I got to 129 easily enough (okay, the last five finally came off after a 5 month stall...then I had jaw surgery and lost 8 lbs in less than 2 weeks...I am finally back up from that, back to the 129-130 range. I don't want to see anything above 131 (I start buckling down at that point). But other than that, I eat pretty normal at this point. While I am very aware of what I eat, I don't get weirded out about it.

I LIKE this weight, except for the gaunt face look.

The gaunt face look should go away though... give it a year or two.

The only piece of advise I can give you is:  DON'T STOP LOSING BECAUSE OF REMARKS FROM OTHERS OR FEAR!  I could kick myself in the butt for thinking I was too low and rushed to start maintenance.  If you go on maintenace you will increase your calories and I doubt if you will increase with Protein (no one does).  Hold off eating "bad" carbs as long as you can because they are addicting and can be your downfall.

I did not have any "bounce back". I am probably one of the (lucky?) few that have to be careful to not lose any more! I have to remember to eat more than I actually want to to keep the weight on. After a difficult battle with RH, I am finally able to eat more things and gotten almost back up to a health BMI.
