Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!

Over the Hump day LW's!!!!    I finally packaged up  the rest of the Halloween candy up.  The scales weren't moving so I had NO willpower!  DH will take them to work when he goes back next week and the guys will gobble it up the same day.

I stayed up until after 2am to watch the elections.  It hasn't caught up to me yet but I bet it will soon.

It may sound crazy but I can be the one hiding it and just because it's out of sight I don't go looking for it.....LOL  It was a lot harder when my DD and family lived with us.  There was always junk food laying around.

Good Menu Meg!

WELCOME TO M&M!!!

What kind of Protein did you put in your shell and sauce? Was it tomato sauce?

I made a SF pumpkin pie and it was terrible.  How did you make yours?

You should try to up your protein total.  If you put a scoop in each of the Crystal Lites you would be able to hit it easily.

Hi - I used Classico light alfredo sauce with Beneprotein packet added (6g protein per packet). I'm a white sauce lover.

The pumpkin pie recipe was from the truvia website...

http://truvia.com/recipes/sweets/pumpkin-pie/

but I used 3 TB cinnamon, fresh ground nutmeg, ginger and 1/4 tsp cloves as I like strong spices. I also used 2% evaporated milk.

It is pretty good. I gave samples to my husband and neighbor and both thought for sugar free it was pretty good. I make my husband a separate pie and freeze some of  my servings for later. Yumming.

It scares me when I miss even 1 day because I know I need this!  Since I'm the one who starts M&M that does help me a lot because even when I'm busy I still think about it.

I put the SF applesauce in my last flourless PB cookies and they turned out so much better.  I realize that it has more carbs now but I am enjoying them so much more.

Sounds Good!

I need to try the applesauce.  The last ones I made were dry and just fell apart.  I need to make some this weekend.  I haven't made any in several weeks.
