I track my labs on a spreadsheet, and if anyone wants a copy, send me a message whi*****ludes your email addy and I'll send you a template.
I've loaded a couple of apps on my phone: MyFitnessPal and and a carb counter app on my Android phone but I don't use them everyday or enough...{sigh}
I use a pedometer to track my daily steps.
My first 2 years a used a piece of paper...diet diary, to track what I was eating, drinking and how many times I went outside to walk.

I have a spreadsheet for labs. I write my Sunday weights on my calendar. I did my tracking early on with this website, both measurements, weights, and food/fluid. These days my major tracking is posting on Miles and Menus.

Early out (first few years) I tracked online until they changed the program and made it very cumbersome to continue using. I tried a couple of others but didn't like them. I also had downloaded Myfitnesspal to my phone and tried using it, but again... cumbersome and now I have a blackberry, apps aren't nearly as plentiful.
Menus and Miles was my go-to for a long time too, and I've gotten away from that.
I have started weighing myself again a few times a week to stay accountable. Today my daughter said she was going back to WW and asked if I wanted to go with her. Yes I would, but not at 10am on a Friday morning... I know several OH people who do that to stay accountable.
Yes, I do the labs spreadsheet - very diligent about that!

I use a spreadsheet for my labs also.
I have myfitnesspal on my iphone, but hardly ever use it. For the first two years, I either wrote on a paper journal all my foods, vitamins and water or put it in a handheld calorie counter. It tracked calories, carbs, fiber, protein and a few other things and was very handy as it was very small and you could download the info to your computer later and track it.
I have posted on Menus and Miles for the entire time, except a day or two. I really thing that it is important to stay accountable for what we put in our mouths!! I know it helps me.

I use the OH nutritional tracker in my account. I use a lab spreadsheet I got from poet Kelly. I signed up for MY fitness pal but never use it. I find it simple to do everything on OH, weights, food log, support. I have a friend exercise with me so I dont wimp out. Sometimes I post on menus and miles on LW board.
