Linda, Have the few extra carbs been showing up on the scales?
I've been trying to decide if I would rather enjoy a few carbs occasionally and stay where I am or would I rather cut them out and be a couple of pounds lower.

I eat them for a few days, then I really cut them out. It seems to balance out, but I really need to be more careful. It is a slippery slope and just a matter of time before it catches up with me especially since I'm not exercising any!!
I must still have some malabsorption of food even though I'm three years out.
We are leaving Saturday for our trip and will come home next Tuesday. I'm really looking forward to it. Hope everyone gets along well!!
