Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!
I swear my house has a revolving door....LOL SIL went on a hunting trip so DD and DGD are sleeping at our house for the week. Last night they made chocolate chip cookies and of course I ate 1. I'm hoping baking isn't in their plans for tonight.

Hi everyone, here’s the plan for today:
Breakfast: Sandwich Skinny with juice sweetened cherry butter
2nd Breakfast: Chocolate Mint Cookie Balance Bar
Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie with unsweetened soy milk
Lunch: Turkey (light and dark), 3 shrimp (leftovers), butternut squash w/baby spinach
Snack: Fiber One brownie bar with ½ oz raw almonds

Insert gym here, probably an hour on the elliptical, maybe give the 30 minute core class a shot…
Dinner: Tuna Steak (for real this time) with edamame
Dessert: Extend Drizzles chocolate dream
Vitamins: 2x 28mg iron, 1 celebrate soft chew calcium, 1 ENS cherry, 2 kirkland calcium citrate tablets, vitacost chewable calcium, vitamin d-3, celebrate multivitamin
total: 2 multi’s, 56mg iron, 1500mg calcium, 5000 IU D-3 (all done except for the ENS and 1 iron)
Totals: Calories: 1574, Fat: 57gm, Carbs: 136gm, Fiber: 36gm, Sugar: 43gm, Protein: 156gm
I blame the balance bar and the craisins in the butternut squash w/ baby spinach side dish for the higher sugar, but it’s all so very good and I plan to make the next batch with ½ the suggested craisin content.

It was my son in law who went away. DD has a very expensive alarm system and she still won't stay home when he's gone. Are you packed yet? Are you driving?
Yummy menu!

We are driving. It is about 5 1/2 hours from our house. My sister and her DH will come to our house Friday nite. Everyone is driving from their towns except my parents who are in Florida for the winter!!
