Not just Roz but everyone is MIA.

I had a busy day with meetings and then cooked dinner for friends who are not here yet.  Hope they come soon.  I have nibbled the whole time cooking.

Hey - I'm here!!

I'm starting fresh this week.   Just went to the grocery store and stocked up on veggies to snack on at work, and some fruit.

B - coffee with cinnamon vanilla creamer - yum!

S - 2 cheese sticks

S - Atkins bar

L - a protein drink - YES - I made a protein drink!! 

D - 3 pieces of tuna roll, 2 pieces of sushi, 1 spicy tuna hand roll, a cup of egg drop soup

S - beer

Vits:  yes

Water:  low.  I need to do better. 

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
