I think it's been a hard week for all of us.

Yea onederland  Down 5 lbs, after a week of no loss prior to this, it relieves my worry about a stall.  I have been fortunate to have no lengthy stalls so far.

Okay, stalls are periods of time that exceed 3 weeks, slow downs are a week (+) long. What you had was a slow down..

I didn't have a serious stall til I hit my first goal...then it lasted 5 months. I thought I was done.

Liz,,

I'm glad there are not more holidays!!  We did our family Christmas last weekend at Disney, then had Thanksgiving at my house.  Sweets brought to my house and left were: Carrot Cake(homemade), Million Dollar Pie, Pecan Pie and I made a low fat cheese cake.  I ate way too many sweets - luckily they are now all gone.

Today 128

+1.5 pounds and I'm thrilled with that because I got up to 130 at one point this week-I'm only 5' 1.5" tall!!  Now back to my regular schedule.  I do so much better when I'm working and in my routine.

Like me, a small gain isn't terrible if we get back down again.

I am so glad too...being in a routine helps considerably.

Christmas won't be so bad cause my mother in law keeps it low carb/low sweet because of the older daughter who is a type 1 diabetic. Altho she still hasn't gotten it that dh and I need to eat protein first...she is trying. My daddy on the other hand has bought into the LOW sugar, no fat hype that is so prevalent out there. He overindulges in sweets that are low sugar and no fat thinking they are better for him. I've tried to explain that carbs are sugar in disguise but he has been indoctrinated.

This week 104.8
Total change -1 lb
I'm still surprised to have lost weight after Thanksgiving. As far as eating went it really was like any other day. I can't believe how stable my weight has been.
