hurray for you, Roz.  mine were back to 120 but I would love for that to be 118. 

It's beautiful here and I took Poppy for a drive.  I'm not suppose to be exercising with my eye but I figured I could sit in the carriage.  Meeting at 6 so I'm not sure what I will do about supper.

A carriage ride always sounds so relaxing and pleasant but maybe when you are the driver it isn't. 

I would LOVE to be at 116 but I haven't seen that in a long time. 

Sounds Good Price!  Looks like you were pretty low carb today.

Poppy is so laid back and calm that yes, it is pretty relaxing.  I do have to stay awake because I am driving out on the road but it would be rare for there to be any excitement.

I so need to get back to my running.  Running for sure on Sunday. Might sign up for another 1/2 marathon.

I've been trying to find sunflower seeds that are shell less.  I had that shell part in my mount...yuk.

Had a busy day off, a meeting and shopping. Having my son's 17th birthday this weekend.

B protein coffee 30g

S carb control dannon yogurt with vites 5g

S Venti skinny mocha from starbucks

Late lunch, hamburger patty with onion lettuce and tomato 20g

Late supper, 1 porcupine ball (1/2 c raw lean ground beef with rice baked in gravy) with a little gravy and kale salad

Snack 4 large red grapes with my iron before bed

Miles brisk walk with

No, I usually have 70 to 100 but yesterday was too busy, and didnt have a quest bar in my purse. Going to vitamin shoppe today to get more.
