Will I ever be satisfied ?

When I made my original goal of 140 lbs. I thought that I would NEVER achieve it.  Well, I DID it !! After that I made of new goal of 135 lbs and I DID it !!  My new goal is 130 lbs.  Will I ever be satisfied.  In my head I am still fat. Ughhhh :(

Let me know if you figure out how to become satisfied, I too feel like I'm fat and still look the same ad 35 pounds ago. Sick brain! I hope to reach 135 someday. I've been stuck between 145-147 for a month now. Anyway may our brains someday catch up and see what others see!

Your brain will catch up with you.  My problem when I was heavy was I thought I looked thinner than I did.  Now I think I have a pretty good  handle on the reality.

That's one of my problems too, I never thought I was as big as I truely was LOL

Yep.  If you keep going, you may even get to a point where you think you have lost too much.  don't worry until you are below normal BMI.  Just keep on keeping on, baby.  Hang on and ride baby ride.
